Sometime last year, the government of Cameroon signed a secret agreement with CISCO for the provision of IT services. Now, why would such a rather banal agreement be classified as "top secret"? I can bet my life on the fact that this is another get rich quick scheme by top ranking govermment officials, all of whom don't know the first thing about the IT world. Cisco is laughing all the way to the bank while Cameroon will suffer in the long run. What a shitty country!!!!!

Who gives these goats the opportunities to waste tax payers' money in this way? There are thousands of Cameroonians even more qualified to undertake such IT projects. Why on earth do these greedy goats keep doing this?
