Actually I don't think this is a bad idea at all. I have often wondered how Cameroon and the rest of Africa could alleviate hunger and poverty with subsistence agriculture. If the gov't looks after its citizens interests in this transaction, I think all parties could benefit enormously. The chinese provide the technology and capital, and we provide the land.

Fall River real estate

I agree, if the Govt. supports, things will never go out of hand. This agricultural land can really serve food to many people down there.
