This was not the exact radio broadcast that was hear din Yaounde. It was this text, but it was not read by this person. It was someone with a much more pronounced northerner accent.

without going into too much detail, I can assure you that my sources are impeccable and that this is indeed the same speech and same voice that delivered the coup proclamation in 1984.
